SUBJECT: RE: REVERSE PULSE PLATING SYSTEM
Without doing any advertising, because Exacta "stuck with" the
two guys who believed in pulse plating and designed the pulse
"engine", and helped them convince their new employer that they had
a product, we installed pulse on our two main plating lines in 1995
having previously used it for 6 years on our handlines. A number of
other UK sites have also installed it, as have two big players in
Germany and Holland. I think that we all agree that the system
gives enough benefit to justify the investment.
Perhaps the reason that you thought it had died was because all the
development was done in the "l'il ole UK" where we don't have any
innovation worth pursuing (sic).
Anyhow, if you do want any information on Pulse plating of acid
copper contact Chemring on +44 1705 735457
