Joyce,

I don't recall an adhesive with this name, but sounds like a light curing
product. UV light curing adhesives are predominantly sold by Dymax Corp or
Loctite, although there are a number of others too (Permabond, Norland,
etc). Dymax have a product called series called "Lightweld".
