Hi Donn,

What are the criteria you use to determine when a print is a reject ?
What are the type and thickness of the stencil you are using ?
Are the apertures in the stencil the same size as the pads on the board and
what is the smallest aperture ?

     Techneter's

We are presently implementing Laser Inspection of our solder paste
operation. We are experiencing a 10% fall out at paste inspection. We
want to be able to clean these printed wiring boards for reprinting
with paste. Is there anyone out there that has any experience with
this cleaning process? What are you doing to clean the boards in
order to still meet the cleanliness requirements for ROSE testing?

Any help you can give me would be appreciated
