IPC A 600 is at Rev E (dated August 1995)
 
IPC RB 276 has amendment 1 dated  November 1994
The document is being rewritten in its entirety and being split into more than
one document.. IPC 6011 will be the "systems" document that deals with the
quality systems and procedures in place.  IPC 6012 is the first written
associated document which contains the detailed performance requirements by
board technologies.
Neither has been released for industry review and comment yet, tho should be
relatively soon.

          are now currently available?  If so, what revision are they?
