Can't tell a lot from a single picture, but that little spur on the side
of the solder joint makes me think someone is doing solder touchup
without benefit of flux.

Hi Everyone!

Well, I finally got Pat's picture up! The reason it's taken me so long
is because I'm back home in North Carolina, and the only internet access
I have is dial-up at a screaming 26.4 KB per second! I remember not that
long ago that was fast. But once you get used to a DSL or T1 connection,
well that's just dog slow.

Anyways, here's Pat's picture:

To me that doesn't look right. I've soldered with a Sn62/Pb36/Ag2 paste
before and soldered lead-free components on a ENIG board and the joints
didn't look that rough. That's more than just cooling lines IMHO...
