Hi Ramon

The fluids are lower molecular weight (LMW) fluorinated fluids
"Galden PFPE Fluids". They are perfluoropolyethers and contain only
carbon, fluorine and oxygen.

There are other fluorine based fluids from other manufacturers
although I understand that they harbour certain health & safety issues.
