We are getting "dummy" BGA packages with 95.5%Sn/4.0%Ag/0.5%Cu.
I have also seen 96.5%Sn/3.0%Ag/0.5%Cu
We are getting µBGA packages with 96.5%Sn/3.0%Ag/0.5%Cu
Also available is 96.5%Sn/3.5%Cu

I hope this helps!

Subject: [TN] Lead Free BGA's...

Hi ya'll!!!
I know most everyone is out for the Memorial day holiday, so this will be
something that
everyone can look at on Tuesday...
My question is; what are the spheres going to be made of for "Lead-Free"
BGA's? What about the BGA's (ceramic ones usually) that have "High-temp"
balls?
The high-temp balls are mostly lead, right?
