For low volume production, we buy MIL approved acrylic in aerosol cans.  No
spray gun required.

                 My question is about conformal coating. We want to manualy
        conformal coat boards using a spray gun.  Does anybody  have
knowledge of a
        gun that sprays pure coating without any atomization of the coating

        internally have very few        parts, in case it clogs, and needs
