I called Dexter Hysol awhile back & they recommended SE 1922 two part epoxy
as a touch up to SR1000 soldermask.  SE1922 is color matched to SR1000, and
is available with #20 catalyst in kit form. (333 grams vs the ~1 gallon tub
of SR1000)  I believe it cured at room temp. or at moderate temp. for an
accelerated cure - lost the tech sheet though ...
