We received these boards and noted substantial wrinkling in the dry film
mask.  While they meet IPC-600F in that the wrinkles do not violate minimum
electrical spacing or fail the tape test for adhesion, I'd appreciate any
comments from the rest of you as to possible causes, reliability issues,
...etc.
