Onderwerp: BGA production start





Dear Technetters,

 

Our staff is considering to start assembling pcb's with BGA's. 

What kind of problems can I expect and what equipment do I need. ( also rontgen inspection) Does anyone of you have information about the processes around BGA's. Any advice would be welcome.
