Werner,

I assume that grain structure/intermetallic/oxidation growth is not a linear
process with respect to conditioning time (correct me if I am wrong). Compared
to 100 hrs exposure at 125C, would longer conditioning, say 500 hrs, yield
significant changes in the properties of the solder material and its fatigue
life or does the bulk of this process occur during the initial 100 hrs?

Hi Tom,
100hrs @ 125C and 300hrs @ 100C are to represent about 1 year at 25C.
