Hi ya' Paul!

First I gotta' tell ya', I sure do got some leads now after your
"unauthorized" post last week...I should say thanks. So; "thanks mate".

Now on to the technical stuff. I've never used a polyimide stencil, but I've
heard they're slick as snot...being able to see through them makes it really
easy to align when you're doing epoxy on the bottomside. I think I remember
Kathy Palumbo from Viking said she was using them and if I remember right she
said she liked them quite a bit. Heard they gasket really good so they reduce
the cleaning between prints quite a bit. Like to try one myself actually...

As far as how thick, I went to a Canadian company's WEB page that makes the
stencils and they recommend 5-mils for 20-mil pitch...a mil less than what
you would use for a stainless stencil. Their page is at:

Say, what you asking 'bout stencils for anyway? Your Camelots breaking down
or something?
