     HAVE A GOOD DEAL OF EXPERIENCE WITH VENT PATTERNS,MAINLY WITH WARPAGE
AND MATERIAL MOVEMENT. IN MY CASE I HAVE FOUND THAT THE VENT PATTERN HAS A
DEFINITE EFFECT ON PANEL WARPAGE AND TO A LESSER DEGREE UNEVEN MATERIAL
MOVEMENT (SHRINKAGE).
     WITH UNEVEN MATERIAL MOVEMENT I HAVE FOUND IT IS OFTEN FROM OTHER
FACTORS.

      A FEW QUESTIONS:

  1. WHAT TYPE OF MATERIAL AND MANUFACTURER.
  2. WHAT TYPE OF PRESS
  3. IS THE .005 CORE COMMON IN YOUR PROCESS
  4. WHAT IS THE PRE-CLEAN METHOD PRIOR TO RESIST APPLIC.
  5. HOW DO YOU TOOL YOUR INNER LAYER CORES
  6. IS THIS PROBLEM JOB SPECIFIC
