Merix manufactures boards with Speedboard C.  I can tell you it is
significantly more expensive than just about anything else you are probably
using.  Exact material costs are dependent on volume and other factors, but
a sheet of Speedboard C is about 20x the cost of an equivalent sheet of FR4
prepreg.  There are some special process requirements for Speedboard C that
can also add to the cost.
