Siggi: I'm not sure why you can't use a 2 component glue. "long stick time"
are you saying that the cure time is too long? If that's the case there are
many fast set, 2 part epoxies that will bond very well to a PCB and/or
soldermask substrate. These will cure in less than 5 mins at 23C.
There are some that will cure even faster but the adhesive mass must remain
small to prevent excessive exotherm.
Loctite, CIBA, 3M, etc, all make a variety of these fast curing 2 part epoxy
structural adhesives.

Subject: [TN] Glue on PCB
Hello all
I have to Glue some guidepins to a PCBA. Can anybody give some inputs which
glue is possible?
I think cyano based glues are not possible on soldermask / PCBA.
2 component glue are no option due to long stick time.
Any recommendations?
Best regards
Siggi
