Jim, The thickness of HASL can be controlled to some degree. It depends on
conveyor speed, air pressure and air knife opening and angle. Board
configuration will also influence how much solder you're able to put on.

Hope this helps,

Mike Doty

Subject: [TN] HASL can the height be controlled?

Hi,

Can the Height of HASL be controlled? I have seen the process but don't
remember exactly where there are any control points.

Thanks,
Jim West
