Could anyone please tell me the relationship between the following PCB specs
and relevant IPC specs?

BS EN 123300 :1992 (Detail Spec Multilayer)
BS EN 60249-2-12 :1994 (Material)
BS EN 61249-8-7 :1997  (Component Legend)
BS 4584 section 103.3 :1992 (Solder Resist)
