Jim,

As in Steves case we also use cartridges, only we use 250gram size due to
the low ongoing volume. Our vendor tells us that they don't sell too many
250gram sizes compared to the 600gram. The best I know says that the 250gram
is the smallest in cartridge form. I do like the idea of the bag as someone
else mentioned earlier. As for the 'out of the refer' issue, best bet is to
check with the mfgr of the paste. If you are using jars, there is also the
mixing required when you use it and that will most assuredly get the
environment in the middle of things.
