Dear everyone:
As a process engineer I have several years experiences in PCBA process. With the development of mixed assembly technology the counter of THT component in board reduce mostly.I heared that if we fetch in selective soldering technology ,we would keep ahead in the further competition . My question is : How to evaluate the benifits of selective soldering. I think it will increase cost because of low efficiency, or it will improve the products' reliability?
Please give your comments, and if you encounter similar problems, I would be very much interested in a direct exchange of experience; you can access me directly at [log in to unmask]
Thank you very much!
