To the best of my knowledge that was called up by IPC 6012. I don't know whether this is under review - but it should be (2007 = 5 year rule). I will take this matter up with the group at APEX.
I suggest you apply some caution to the veracity of any data you produce, as the method really needs to be updated. The old Bellcore GR-78-CORE was superceded by method 2.6.3.7
