We use Minico M-5010-CR carbon ink from:
 W.R. Grace & Co

Atlanta, GA 30336
(404)699-3355

Minico Polymer Thick Film

We screen print it with an Autooroll and bake it twice. The stuff is available in different
resistance formulations from 1 ohm per square to 100 ohms per square. It is pretty easy to screen
as long as you have good ventilation in the screening area (strong solvent odor).

DuPont has a similar product called E81072 Conductive Carbon Coating. I have the data sheets and a sample. It smells less than the Minico ink so the operators prefer it. Unfortunately the data sheet says it is only available in 24-27 ohms per square. They may have other flavors. You can call John Crosby at
DuPont

Good luck trying to reach him. They spread him real thin.
