We use Minico M-5010-CR carbon ink from: W.R. Grace & Co 5210 Philip Lee Dr. Atlanta, GA 30336 (404)699-3355 (404)699-3332 FAX Minico Polymer Thick Film We screen print it with an Autooroll and bake it twice. The stuff is available in different resistance formulations from 1 ohm per square to 100 ohms per square. It is pretty easy to screen as long as you have good ventilation in the screening area (strong solvent odor). DuPont has a similar product called E81072 Conductive Carbon Coating. I have the data sheets and a sample. It smells less than the Minico ink so the operators prefer it. Unfortunately the data sheet says it is only available in 24-27 ohms per square. They may have other flavors. You can call John Crosby at DuPont Richmond, VA (804)745-2706 (800)217-6261 pager [log in to unmask] Good luck trying to reach him. They spread him real thin. *************************************************************************** * TechNet mail list is provided as a service by IPC using SmartList v3.05 * *************************************************************************** * To subscribe/unsubscribe send a message <to: [log in to unmask]> * * with <subject: subscribe/unsubscribe> and no text in the body. * *************************************************************************** * If you are having a problem with the IPC TechNet forum please contact * * Dmitriy Sklyar at 847-509-9700 ext. 311 or email at [log in to unmask] * ***************************************************************************
