Hi all,
Sorry for any inconvenience I may have caused you. That was an "out of office" alert that was activated the wrong way. I did already remove the alert this morning. Please let me know if you are still getting these messages.
Bev, Thanks and good to hear from you. I will contact you off line.
Regards.
Sherif

Steve,
Sherif Refaat was/is a component engineer with Nortel Networks in Montreal. I bet this came form his home computer. Sympatico is the brand name for Bell Canada's internet/e-mail arm. Since this was not from a Nortel address and thus not protected by their very good fire wall, there is a possibility his computer has become infected. Since I know him, I'll give him a dingle and get him to check out his computer security.
regards,
Bev Christian

Hi all!
For the last couple of days I've been getting replies back from someone
named Sherif Rafaat at [log in to unmask] to all my Technet posts.
They come directly from him, and there's no text in the body of the message.
But there is an attachment that has a name containing characters that was the subject of my post to the Technet.
For instance, my post asking about AirVac PCBRM 12's, resulted in this reply:
Re: [TN] Anybody got a AirVac PCBRM 12 they want to sell?
Date: 6/7/02 8:40:40 AM Central Daylight Time
From: [log in to unmask] (Sherif Refaat)

There was nothing in the body of the message...here's a couple others:

Just curious if anybody else is getting these?
-Steve Gregory-
