I would appreciate hearing from or about a contract repair shop that
is equiped to perform PBGA replacements. We are located in Carson
City, Nevada so we would prefer a California or Nevada shop. The
boards are a small quanitity of 7"x13", 8 layer, FR, utilizing the
Intel FW82439HX PBGA chip. Problem has been isolated to opens under
the BGA. Replacement ICs are provided.
