Quad is in the process of being acquired by a very large company that has
previously invested in electronics as well.  Since I don't believe the ink is
dry on the paper yet, I better not disclose who it is.  Suffice it to say
that this large, multinational company has a reputation for touching a
company and turning it into gold.  On the other hand, this is its first foray
into SMT equipment.  My thinking is that they will likely do very good things
for Quad.  Time will tell.
