Hello Luc,
you could try:
HP at Böblingen/Germany, selling boards in so called "PERL"-technology
(basically FR4 with plasma etched micro vias), or
Siemens at Karlsruhe/Germany, selling boards with microvias produced by
laser ablation, or
Dyconex in Switzerland, selling boards based on polyimide with plasma
etched micro vias, or
Würth Electronic/Germany, selling boards basically the same like
Dyconex.
