Hello Luc, you could try: HP at Böblingen/Germany, selling boards in so called "PERL"-technology (basically FR4 with plasma etched micro vias), or Siemens at Karlsruhe/Germany, selling boards with microvias produced by laser ablation, or Dyconex in Switzerland, selling boards based on polyimide with plasma etched micro vias, or Würth Electronic/Germany, selling boards basically the same like Dyconex. If you would like to have detailed information, don´t hesitate to contact me at: [log in to unmask] or [log in to unmask] (please mind the capital letters!) or 0911-4230536 in Germany With best regards U.Korndoerfer *************************************************************************** * TechNet mail list is provided as a service by IPC using SmartList v3.05 * *************************************************************************** * To subscribe/unsubscribe send a message <to: [log in to unmask]> * * with <subject: subscribe/unsubscribe> and no text in the body. * *************************************************************************** * If you are having a problem with the IPC TechNet forum please contact * * Dmitriy Sklyar at 847-509-9700 ext. 311 or email at [log in to unmask] * ***************************************************************************
