Good for you to be very concerned. There's alot of
pros and cons concerning c-floors. There's alot
of pros and cons for going with plain concerte if
it tests ok. Been on both of the above.
Some things to consider:
C-floor with no wax C-floor with wax
1) Maintanence
Uncomplicated. Higher complicated maintanence.
Someone spills, they clean Someone spills, someone else cleans
2) Waxes
No need for wax. MUST have right wax.
No mistakes with wax. A onetime mistake can be costly.
3) Periodic ohmic measurements.
Pretty much the same for both. C-floor must do followup
to the cleaning crew.
4) Wear and tear.
Very little. Something of a concern.
5) Confidence
Good, but could vary depending High. Very little variation
upon how the concerte is mixed. on tiles from mfr.
Regards, Doug
