Good for you to be very concerned. There's alot of pros and cons concerning c-floors. There's alot of pros and cons for going with plain concerte if it tests ok. Been on both of the above. Some things to consider: C-floor with no wax C-floor with wax 1) Maintanence Uncomplicated. Higher complicated maintanence. Someone spills, they clean Someone spills, someone else cleans 2) Waxes No need for wax. MUST have right wax. No mistakes with wax. A onetime mistake can be costly. 3) Periodic ohmic measurements. Pretty much the same for both. C-floor must do followup to the cleaning crew. 4) Wear and tear. Very little. Something of a concern. 5) Confidence Good, but could vary depending High.
