Grant,
I briefly worked for a small company that used these little guys
extensively, with repeated failures. I could not get them designed out.
They (caps) absolutely do not like washing and we had problems with some
no-clean pastes even. It would appear the structure/chemistry of these
things makes them sponges. Whether that leads specifically to delamination
I cannot say.

Hi,
Has anyone experienced delaminating of glued PPS chip capacitors?
Regards
Grant
