Hi Technetters
Does anyone out there have any information on BuCu for flex circuits.  I'm
interested in processing issues both for the circuit manufacturer and the board
fabricator.  Also of interest are the properties of this material and the
reasons one would choose it.  Any information at all will be greatly
appreciated.
