Hi Guys,
I have always used the same definition as Steve. Wouldn't the difference imply a different root cause?

  I differentiate between tombstones and drawbridges that a tombstone is standing straight-up on end, and a drawbridge is where one end is just slightly lifted enough where you have an open solder connection.

  I suppose you're right though, the root causes for both of these can be the same.
