Hi All,

I have to run a 40x100mm PCB which is only 0.55mm thick through a double sided Reflow process.

Can anyone guide me to or provide me with information for manufacturing such a thin material in areas such as

DFM Tips
Panelisation guidelines
Processing Tips
Carrier/holder design information/tips
