The PCMCIA subcommittee currently working on IPC-D-2224, Sectional
Standard for Design of PWBs for PC Cards. This document used in
conjuction with IPC-D-2221, also under development, should guid the
design of PCMCIA boards.

With regards to performance specifications, IPC has two documents under
development: IPC-6012, Qualification and Performance Specification for
Rigid Printed Boards, and IPC-6013, Qualification and Performance
Specification for Flexible and Rigid-Flex Printed Wiring. Either of these
could be used depending on the material used in the PC Card.

All of the documents are in the "Working Draft" stage of their
development. In the mean time IPC-D-275 should be used for Design
guidelines and IPC-D-276 should be use for performance specification.
