Greetings Colleagues,

Our company is a contract manufacturer of predominantly SMT circuit
boards and sub-assemblies, and we are about to start building PCMCIA
cards for the first time.

Our production process includes assembly robots with visual
component alignment, and a forced air reflow oven.

We are currently placing 20mil pitch devices without too many problems,
but I am wondering what joys and opportunities await us in the world of
PCMCIA.

Has anybody been down this road, who would be willing to share
experiences and/or horror stories with me?

Thanks in advance,

--
Ian J Graham,
Quality Manager.
