Steve,
What are the problems with trying to wave solder 0402s? Do they
fall off the board or result in insufficient fillets or what?

Happy Wed., especially if someone can
help me... I have a small problem. Does anyone
know of a manuf. of .022uf and .1 uf caps in the
0402 package??? O.K., so its not so small a problem,
especially since the boards are being fabricated
and assembled this week. They will be used in Class 2
dedicated service hardware, as oppossed to Class 1
general products, so I need some good reliability
types. After you stop laughting, any and all help
will be appreciated. I really don't want to use the
0603s on the secondary side when we spin this design
           after prototype build/test/intergration. Thanks again.

You might try: http://www.minicaps.com they also make capacitor
arrays
(something to consider?) One comment, I hope your board is assembled
by
double-sided reflow...putting 0402's on the bottom and expecting to
wave
solder them is pretty much a dream...
