Dear sir,
If you need the oxide treatment process based on horizontal
system,dark-brown color,no-pink ring...
I suggest you can contact Alpha-Metals.
The process is "Alpha-Prep" only two - three stages.
1 cleaner ------ dwell time 30 -40 sec 40 drgree C 
2.pre dip  ----- dwell time 10 sec     RT
3.alpha-prep --- dwell time 30 sec     35 drgree C
