    Several folks here recommend "SPC Simplified" by Robert T Amsden. There
is a text and workbook.

Hello To All,

I am looking for some sort of training manual on SPC methods.  My knowledge
on SPC is limited and I need more of an understanding of certain
terminologies within SPC.  Does anyone know of a good book or training
course where one can get the basics of SPC, Cpk, Six Sigma and so on.  Your
help is greatly appreciated.
