We are considering to install a DMS line instead of electroless copper
plating line. However some concern has been raised by one of our engineers
that DMS may not be good for high aspect ratio holes. Therefore I would
like to ask Technetters' opinion on pro and con's of the two different
technologies.

Thanks in advance
