I was the guilty party who suggested alltheweb, their search is being
compromised by sites that have a "keywords" section many kilobytes long
containing large selections of possible search words - i saved one that was
over 38K of garbage and word fragments - nowadays my searches are often of "the
exact phrase" variety.
However, in defense of their full page indexing, I have found sites there that
none of the other search engines pick up.
