Hi Technet,
I'm hoping that someone on here may be able to provide me some guidance as to a vendor that can do solder ball install for me. This isn't a reball effort, but most likely takes similar expertise.
My current vendors are not able to handle the quantity and size of the spheres as they're more setup for indiviaual ICs.
In short, I have 2 custom designed RF filters on Rogers based material
- about .200"x .350" (about the size of your pinky finger nail)
- Panelized array (about 18 up, still finalizing)
- balls for one filter are 11mils in diameter, the other 13mils. All tin-lead.
- 17 balls per filter.
- 17000 filters in total need balls installed
- Also depanelize and put in trays that we'll provide.
This is more of packaging effort I feel. I have reached out to a few places with https://urldefense.com/v3/__https://isipkg.com__;!!Ooxr18I!RAwausYDiet2tXYHGV76FCF0f4OEJoV0ixMnt8tKhhWPDt7QAr9dCI1lYsAMZM3U6EhJ$ being one of them, but I've not heard anything back so I'm looking for other leads.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
Best,
-Jeffrey
