I have been helping a friend, who is not computer savy, with her computer.
She has been receiving a horrendous amount of "sex" & other junk mail--I
went over to help her install RAM & the new 4.0 AOL & I saw for myself. I
discarded it all, but each time she checks her mail it's the same thing all
over again. Can you e-mail me some advice on how to help her? Her address is
[log in to unmask], & mine is [log in to unmask] (I am at another address right
now--babysitting & using their computer. I have told her not to open any mail
unless she recognizes an address--so she probably won't open it if you send
advise to her at her address. It sounds suspiciously like the Melissa virus,
but she has a Macintosh. Thanks. Cathy Harper ([log in to unmask]
