      Hello technetters ,

      Normally those people working in the wet processes facing a lot of
argument with the drilling department as far as hole quality is concerned .
Sometimes it was quite difficult to pinpoint the source of the quality problem .
We even seen company running DS boards with FR4 & CEM3 materials through the
same drilling parameters and process through desmear line . The questions that
I would like to ask is

     i.It is practical for different types of laminate i.e FR4 and CEM3
using the
       same drilling parameters .
       What problems will arise with CEM3 materials in terms of quality .
     ii.Do DS panels go through desmear in most cases .What sort of quality
        expected from the drilling section if DS panels go without desmear .

     Hope somebody could give a clue to the wet processes guys .Thanks .
