Hello Technetters - Happy Monday.

Does anyone have experience using swaged hardware (specifically A-A-51926/29
swage mount turret terminals) on aluminum MCPCBs (Metal-Core Printed Circuit
Boards)? I know swaged terminals are routinely used on traditional FR4
boards, but is there a concern of z-axis thermal expansion on the aluminum
MCPCB putting too much strain on the plated-thru holes with the swaged
terminals installed? I would like to use the swage mount terminals to avoid
the hand soldering of terminals on thh MCPCB, with an .040" aluminum core
and total PCB thickness = .110 +/- .010

Thanks in advance.
