Larry,
I've been away on vacation (Yellowstone was awsome) but as an old hybrid
groupie I would add that we used Sn62 for SMT on palladium Ag thick film
conductors for improved leach resistance both of the conductor (especially
when it came to rework) and non-nickel barrier PdAg components.
