Hi Designers,
I read your posts with interest , Electornics Engineer by Education and
worked in the industry for about 4-5 years (7 years ago) , I lost touch
activly.
I wanted to know what is the latest on alternative to flex circuits , I
have this design idea where I need to use thinest possible and flexible
pcb with BGA (or smaller ) chip formats .
Any help or suggested readings etc. will be appreciated ,
