Orange County Chapter Bi-Monthly Meeting

Main Topic: Microvias

This presentation will cover three main manufacturing processes
used to form Microvias; Laser, Plasma, and SLC. It will also
cover blind and buried via technologies as well as sequential
lamination. Design criteria and material considerations will
also be reviewed.

Guest Speaker: Craig Kurtz

Craig Kurtz offers over 25 years of experience in the PC Board
industry dealing with both prototype and production boards. He
has worked at Continental Circuits and is currently an Account
Executive with Praegitzer Industries, Inc.

Schedule for the evening:

 5:45   Optional dinner at food court across the street

 6:30   Chapter meeting and introduction (Rich Hagan)
        Future topics for the up coming chapter meetings

 7:00   Microvia Presentation (Craig Kurtz)
