Hi Jon!
I think you're looking for something a little more sophisticated than a
"Dremel" drill huh? If you go to: http://www.t-tech.com/ , they have the kind
of machines that meets your accuracy specs. They have a machine called "Proto
Drill", and another called "Quick Circuit" which is a combination
drill/router. The Proto Drill can do holes as small as .008", and the Quick
Circuit can do .013". Both are accurate to .001"...you're looking at around
$20,000 or so...not cheap!
