Miguel,

I can suggest two companies for depanelizing assembled boards:

Cab (www.cabgmbh.com)
FKN Systek (www.fknsystek.com)

Both offer equipment that will remove boards attached to the panel by tabs
and other equipement that will cut out boards separated by scoring.

We have Cab machines for both applications and are happy with them.  You
will want  to make sure tabs or scoring are properly designed for best use.
